Total waste of time. Stop feeling you have some special place in this process.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Thank you for the very fast replies
I think I should raise a SAR with PW legal as well to see if they have been told the truth about the PCN
I've also contacted them and rejected their claim on the basis of the addition of £60 to the parking charge for debt recovery costs
and asked them to both explain why they have done so and on what legal basis it has been added
and because of the unclear information that was provided about the need to park in specific bays that was omitted from their webpage and only provided in a subsequent email after booking

I think I should raise a SAR with BW legal as well to see if they have been told the truth about the PCN.I wouldn't bother. No point because the PPCs don't explain why the PCN was issued. It's a conveyor belt, no-one has asked what it's about.I've also contacted them and rejected their claim on the basis of the addition of £60 to the parking charge for debt recovery costsTotally pointless and drives me mad because you will then come back wondering if we are wrong when BW Legal pretend it's recoverable, and you will ask what your next step is and the entire waste of time repeats itself...
and asked them to both explain why they have done so and on what legal basis it has been added.
This is why NONE OF THE ABOVE IS IN THE NEWBIES THREAD.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You have already asked them about the fake £60 and their reply was "your email is noted"
Failing to explain their claim is now their problem and now it is up to a judge to decide on their fate.
You have already told them not to bother with the nonsensical ... "The code of practice allows them"
You have already told them it is against Beavis etc etc.
A no explanation claim becomes an unreliable claim. So we just wait to see what other excuse they dream up
