None received refund from Ryan air

Hello I’m just wanting some advice on what to do next in getting a refund back from Ryan air. Love holidays who I booked through have done a chargeback, but not revived the money from Ryan air for one of my flights. They have now said that I need to contact Ryan air to get my money back. When I try to do so it is very hard and when I put my flight details in they say my information no longer exists. I was supposed to go on holiday in June and couldn’t go and had my flights cancelled by the airline due to covid 19. I have tried to contact atol but not sure if this is covered by them. The insurance I had doesn’t cover it either. Is my only option my to claim through my bank as I paid with a debit card
thanks

You're too late to claim via your bank as that would need to have been initiated within the first 120 days - ATOL won't be able to help you either, so you need to keep pushing Loveholidays, as they are responsible (if you booked a package), even though they'll try to fob you off to Ryanair....

You paid Loveholidays so it's their responsibility to get the refund and refund you.  It isn't your concern if they've had the refund from Ryanair or not.  Send a Letter Before Action giving them 14 days to pay you, then submit a claim via Small Claims Court.

Ryanair did have a process where you could claim directly from them even if booking via an agent.  It sounds like you've tried this though, and if it doesn't recognise your booking then not much you can do there.  @eskbanker above is correct it's nothing to do with ATOL.
