If someone in my household tests positive and I have to self isolate, can I be put on furlough? If not what are my options as ssp will not. Cover my wages...

Apart from the fact that most councils have run out of money to cover this scheme1

If your employee is self-isolating or on sick leave
If your employee is on sick leave or self-isolating as a result of coronavirus, they may be able to get Statutory Sick Pay (SSP). The Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme is not intended for short-term absences from work due to sickness.
Short term illness/self-isolation should not be a consideration in deciding whether to furlough an employee. If, however, employers want to furlough employees for business reasons and they are currently off sick, they are eligible to do so, as with other employees. In these cases, the employee should no longer receive sick pay and would be classified as a furloughed employee. From gov.uk website. So employers can furlough you if the reason is they are furloughing staff, but they can't furlough you just because you're isolating. As for the £500 test and trace payments, I believe they are very restrictive and normally (always?) require you to be in receipt of certain benefits. Check your local council's website though, as it can vary council to council.
As a last resort, what about annual leave?
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride1 -
You can always ask, but if not it'll likely be SSP. Most of the £500 grants are gone.
At the end of the day we're all going to suffer in one way or another, losing a week or two's wages will be a lot easier than what some people have had to deal with (losing their job / their sector being shut for the best part of a year etc).

Furlough assumes that you are available to work0

Should make it the same, i.e. show on benefits, or show copy of wage slip and bank statement. So you get it if you qualify and not whether the funds set aside have been depleted.0
