Eligibility on Self Employment Grants

in Coronavirus support and help
Keep being refused HMRC self employment grants and loans from banks as a Widows Pension I receive my self employed earnins are not more than 50% of my total earnings. This seems very unfair but I can't see any way to challenge this or get any of the Financial help available. This new lock down means again I have lost income from my business. Any ideas on any help I can get?
