Short term, buyback loans

 There doesn’t seem to be a guideline on short term loans and buyback contracts from places like the cash converters/ cash generator or SBS .
what happens to the property left within this businesses and their (extremely high) interest payments during this lockdown when they may not be open for business?

Cash converters for instance say  Pawnbroking, Buyback and Layby items will be kept securely. If your agreement expires during this period of enhanced restrictions, please contact your store directly to make additional arrangements. An independent small collection round here of pawn shops put their customers 'on pause'. Regularly get to speak to the father of the owner, most jolliest man but they always say the son has big weight on shoulders. Put the message out about pause using social media I noticed as have quite a following there so it might be worth doing some digging with looking into historic posts and reviews. I think a lot of these similarish businesses accept their low priority (especially nowadays) and leave it up to the customer to say what they can pay if the need is there.
