Barclays BBL

Hi all, my husband wasnt able to open a business account due to old CCJs , Barclays suggested that we send evidence of repayment plans . We have today received a letter saying Welcome to business banking , your sort code is 000000 and account number is 00000000 . Presumably they have opened some sort of feeder account however there is no explanation of how to apply for a BBL now and of course impossible to contact them. Has anyone received a BBL from Barclays in a similar situation ?
