Flight refund

Was due to go away in October, booked through love holidays and had our holiday cancelled due to we couldn't quarantine upon our return. We've had our refund for the hotel but not for the flights, keep getting emails from love holidays saying they're trying to get our money back from ryanair. Had a live chat with love holidays and they're saying the flight went ahead and I'm not entitled to a refund, question is can I claim off my credit card for the flight money?

More info is needed. Was it a package holiday? If so you will have an atol certificate. What does it say? Who cancelled them or you?

A credit card claim would fail if the flight went ahead. (no refund due from Ryanair) Did you have an ATOL certificate from LoveHolidays showing this was a package, if so they should be the ones refunding? Have you had a read of the other LoveHolidays threads?

I booked hotel, flights and transfer through Love holidays and do have the atol certificate, in the bottom right it says package (multi contract sale).

They sent me a text a couple of days before asking if I wanted to cancel due to government advice not to travel, so we cancelled.

Then unfortunately they got you to cancel. If they had cancelled they would need to refund you as it was a package. Did you have travel insurance?
