Hi all, I’m wondering if anyone can please recommend a solicitor and valuer/surveyor based in the South Wales valleys for purchasing the freehold on an extended lease? As it is a complicated matter, I would like to find a solicitor and valuer/surveyor who is experienced in this area and has local knowledge of the property market. Many thanks!

I think you need tbe more specific about which part of the valleys.
I doubt that there is anybody that has local knowledge covering from the Merthyr Valley to the Blaina Valley. They are as different as chalk and cheese these days.1 -
Hi, thanks for your comment. Yes, I guess I need to be more specific. I live in the Rhondda Cynon Taff area, but I’m not sure if we have solicitors and surveyors/valuers that are specialised in purchasing the freehold on extended leases. That’s why I wasn’t specific initially. Kind regards0
