Please please please can someone work this out for me! I’ve tried & used various online calculators but my brain doesn’t get it.
I’ve had my December pay slip from work & I think they have underpaid me.
Can someone work out what my pay should be for this month!!... after tax pension & NI...
My salary is £30k a year.
I pay 4.5% pension.
I’m on flexi furlough -
I’ve worked 2 days this month - 7.5 hours - 15 hours total.

We’ve had to take 6.5 days for holiday to cover Christmas closure.
& then there are 2 days bank holiday which I’m sure I should be paid for during furlough...
I’ve been paid £1634.82 after tax ni furlough and pension this month.

You don't give enough information, but I don't think it is unexpected. Most employers accept they have to pay 100% for holidays, but that only means a top up from 80%, so if roughly half your working days in the month are worked or taken as holiday, and you are on 80% while furloughed, you would expect your gross pay to be about 90% of your pre-furlough rate.
