Part Ownership Mortgage Decision in Principle online application?

Are there any lenders who allow you at apply online for a Decision in Principle for a part-ownership mortgage? Most banks and building societies seem to insist you book an appointment and I'm a bit in the dark about whether we would be accepted for a mortgage of £90,000. Most online calculators suggest that with our income of £27,900 we could borrow £90,000 but they don't take the part-ownership part into account, could this significantly change things and how I can I find out quickly?

@journosam Not sure which lender's affordability calculator you're using but if you pick the option for scheme and select shared ownership it should ask you about the relevant outgoings such as rent and service charges and factor it in when giving you a potential borrowing figure

I'm not aware of customer facing online DIPs which include SO mortgages but the affordability calcs should give you a rough idea.
