Easyjet vouchers

Has anyone else had problems booking flights with an Easyjet voucher that I accepted after they had cancelled the flight. You cannot book with the voucher online, you have to ring, which took 40min to get through, you then get told you cannot have the online price you can only have their quoted price. £45 per ticket over the online price

Yes, many have reported the same on here - the terms for at least some of their vouchers did state that they weren't available for online bookings, which does then result in (a) needing to phone and (b) not being able to take advantage of online pricing.
