Help to Buy ISA claim and release of mortgage funds

I am due to move into my new property on 18th November (next Wed) however I am a little concerned on solicitor timescales.
My solicitor has told me she will claim my partners help to buy isa government this wedbnesday as it will noly take 5 working days. She is also claiming my release of mortgage funds on Wednesday as these only take 5 days. That would take us right up until completion day. She has then said she will send out the completion statement, showing the balance required from you once the bonus has been confirmed on request of the same.
I don't understand how we will have time to do all this...? Don't i also need to sort house insurance policies etc beforehand?

No we are exchanging and completing the same day apparently...
