booked a holiday with LOVE HOLIDAYS to GRAN CANARIA  and to make it EASIER !! I Booked flights...airport parking...transfers and HOTEL inc  insurance with the company? My final balance was due on 15th MARCH 2020 this was taken as planned & then COVID went crazy
I paid £1250 and have been round and round their site , asked for cash refund several times and even wrote a LETTER o the head office listed in Hammersmith?but have heard nothing! i have had emails to remind me action needs to be taken about getting a refund but the FAQ Page on their website Just send me round in circles !!! phone line keeps you waiting for ages and has message saying REFUNDS will be taking longer!!
its £1250 i could really do with having lost my JOB  7th march and not being in full time employment or being able to claim U/C
Please advise

What's with all the capitals - they're hard on the eyes.
When were you due to go, and was it cancelled by them/one of the operators?  Or was it still running but you chose not to go because of Covid?
Was it a package holiday (ATOL certificate with all the elements)  and have they confirmed you are getting a refund or have you not got that far?
How did you pay - was it by credit card?
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

All my bookings via loveholidays have been fully refunded after they cancelled them. Took about 6 weeks each time from their initial emails telling me the holidays were cancelled.

One gave me a phone number to ring with my options , the 2nd was via manage my booking

    No complaints here

It would also seem to be easier for a poster to get an audience than to use the correct forum for this..!

OP's posting style is a dead giveaway, he's obviously too busy mulling over whether to concede the election or not.... ;)

I got my refund week before last. I pestered them on livechat after I found out that Ryanair had paid them back my flight money in August. I will never use them again

Not quite sure what you're getting at but if you mean the poor reaction of our fellow forumites then I would agree. MSE used to be quite a friendly place but seems to have turned into a competition for who is the most unhelpful and condescending. This type of thread is becoming very common unfortunately.

The problem is it gets a bit frustrating with people continually asking the same questions, indicating that they can not be bothered with even a cursory glance at the multitude of threads on here prior to giving experienced hands yet another sense of deja vu.
