These terms should be read with our general competition terms which also apply to this Competition.

1. COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN

The prize winners will be selected from those persons who successfully:

• Log in to their account on either Twitter, Facebook or Instagram

• There will be one competition post with instructions on how to enter on all 3 platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) on 23rd October 2020. The entrant will need to find the specific Three Competition post on KISSFMUK’s Twitter, Facebook or Instagram on 23rd October 2020 and:

1. On Twitter they must comment using the hashtag #KISSiPhone12 and explain why they want a phone upgrade.

1. On Instagram and Facebook they must comment on the post’s thread explaining why they want a phone upgrade.

• One winner will be chosen by random electronic draw after the competition closes from each platform.

• Entrant’s must have either a Twitter, Facebook or Instagram account to enter on the relevant platforms.

1. ENTRY PLATFORMS AND COSTS

KISS FM UK’s social media channels – Twitter, Facebook and Instagram (@KISSFMUK).

Entry by social media is free.

1. DATES

Start Date and End Date.

11.30 on 23rd October 2020 until 23:59 on 23rd October 2020.

Entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date will be invalid.

Winner Announcement.

The winner(s) will be contacted directly through the social media platform they entered on by Thursday 29th October 2020. The winner(s) will be given an email address to contact KISS by and a date by which they must contact. If they do not contact KISS within this time period they will forfeit the prize.

1. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS

• Open to UK residents aged 16 years or over on date of entry.

• Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, incl. the Prize Provider, must not enter

• It is possible to enter the competition on each platform but you can only win once in this competition. We will select the winner for one social post then remove the winner from the other social post if they've entered twice across the other platforms.

• If you or any other person at your household has won a prize valued at £500 or more on any Bauer brand in the past 6 months, you nor they are not eligible to enter or win this competition. The full list of Bauer Media brands can be found here: https://www.bauermedia.co.uk/brands

1. THE PRIZE

There will be three winners in total – 1 per social platform.

Each winner will win one prize package consisting of:

• 1 x 128GB Apple iPhone 12 Pro

We have three phones to get away in total. The prize will be provided by Element.

Please note due to the current Covid-19 situation, delivery times may be extended and may over-run the 28day delivery period as noted in our General Terms and Conditions. There may also be delays to a member of staff contacting winners once the competition has ended.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

All prizes are subject to availability. In the event that any of the products listed above are unavailable, alternative products of equal value will be provided; Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there may be extended delays to deliveries; We will endeavour to get products delivered to winners as quickly as possible. All elements of the prize are subject to availability; prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available; prize may need to be signed for on delivery and it is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure that all items are present, correct and undamaged; recipient may need to provide ID on delivery; It is the responsibility of the winner or the winner’s parent/guardian to provide the correct delivery information to prize provider; items will be delivered to one address within mainland UK; prizes will be delivered within 28 days of confirming delivery address with prize provider (Element London Ltd).

OTHER CONDITIONS

1. DATA PROTECTION.

Names, email addresses, and /or telephone numbers (which, for all SMS competitions, will be shared with our SMS provider,) will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details may be given to the prize provider to arrange delivery of the prize. Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry or text STOP if entering via SMS. 1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS.

By entering this Competition, you are consenting to our use of your entry both to publicise this Competition, our radio station or any other radio station which we own or control. This means that we may use all names, images, descriptions, photographs video footage, and other information, which you’ve submitted on entry, in any media, without paying you and without any time restriction. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize (if you win!). We will own these films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.

1. MISCELLANEOUS.

a) Entries that don’t comply with these terms won’t be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you’ve breached them.

b) One entry per person

c) If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject.

d) The correct answers to questions must exactly match our answers to win.

e) We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call.

f) You are responsible for all costs of entry.

g) You may be disqualified if you are incomprehensible, inaudible or if you appear to be driving, intoxicated or likely to offend listeners.

We may cancel / amend / end / suspend the Competition if we need to do so due to circumstances outside our control.
