Claiming tax relief for working from home due to COVID. Are self-employed able to claim?

I read with interest Martin’s blog on claiming £6 pw for a whole year if employees are required to work from home since 6 April.
Can the self employed also claim if their office is closed or they are in a vulnerable category and have to stay home or generally?
