Rustlers on Radio X and Capital XTRA October 2020

RULES

1.     The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.capitalxtra.com/terms-conditions/competition/  and https://www.radiox.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to the ‘Rustlers’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 5thOctober 2020 to Sunday 18th October 2020 on Radio X and Capital XTRA (the “Radio Stations”).

2.     Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  

Details of the Competition:

3.     To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to either radiox.co.uk or capitalxtra.com and register their details.  

4.     Online entry will open at 00:01 on 05.10.2020 and close at 23:59 on 18.10.2020.

5.     Entrants will need to answer the question provided on the competition page.

6.     Entries from Radio X and Capital XTRA will be combined. One winner will be randomly selected from all correct, eligible entries across both brands, and notified 7 days after the close date via the contact details they have provided. 

Eligibility:

7.     Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.

8.     Entry is restricted to UK residents only.

9.     Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed. 

10.  The winner will be notified at the earliest convenience by Global via phone within 7 days of the competition close date.

Prize:

11.  One winner will win £1,000 cash plus Rustlers product.

Prize Terms & Conditions:

12.  £1,000 cash will be transferred to the winner’s bank account via Global. This can take up to 28 days to process and is dependant on the winner providing their details when required. 

13.  A text message will be sent using confirmed details with further instruction for the Winner to complete a bank transfer via the Audata system. 

14.  Rustlers will provide 10 x coupons to the winner once the winner has been selected. Each coupon is for £2.50 (this is the maximum possible value per coupon), and is reedemable at Rustlers’ main retailers, either: COOP OR Tesco OR Sainsburys OR Morrisons.

15.  This coupon can only be used in payment for any product in the Rustlers’ range, excluding Rustlers Cook in Box XL Twin Pack or multipack. Only one coupon can be used per transaction, and it may not be combined with any other offer. The winner must not attempt to redeem this coupon against any other product as refusal may cause embarrassment and delay at the checkout. 

16.  This coupon is valid until 18th August 2021.

17.  This prize is non-transferable or refundable

Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
