Disney Paris refund help (not covid related)

Hi 
I'm hoping someone could give me some advice. I was due to go to Disney Paris on the 20th of March of this year but due to the collapse of Flybe our flights were cancelled. I was offered different flights but requested a refund, which I was advised by the travel agent would be a full refund due to the flight cancellation and it being a package holiday.  I requested the cancellation on the 7th of March and I am still awaiting a full refund.  I have spoken with the travel agent and they keep advising me that they are trying to contact Disney, but the only method of contact is via email and they are not getting a response. I want to try and escalate this as its been over 6 months now. Please can someone advise me what the best course of action is. Many thanks in advance for any help.
