This will be heard by telephone in December with an allocated time of 15 minutes
The strike out was by DDJ Elsey and the set aside will be heard by DDJ Elsey ?
Because of the strike out, the OP did not have the opportunity to show the court the doctored pictures (which you can see earlier in this link) ...
