Time to renew home insurance. Renewal is now 20% highter than last year. Not sure whether to go with Halifax, Churchill or Policy Expert. It is only two of us living in the house but son wholives in London used to come and stay for the weekend before covid and he is a smoker. Not sure whether I should put three adults instead of two. Thanks

Only 2 of you live in the property for the majority of the time so I would certainly put 2 as the number.
