Cant activate Dell webcam for zoom

Hi - wondering if someone could help.   I have a DELL latitude E7240 and have used the camera in the past, just not recently.
Now need it for Uni zoom classes and it is not available.   It is not listed in device manager.
Not sure what has happened - any ideas that could help me out ?
Many thanks

You may have to press Fn + something else on the keyboard to activate it.

Do you need the webcam? Are you the lecturer?

No the student, but would assume everyone will be visible......... then at least when classes back again we kinda can recognise each other.

I have exactly the same issue with the integrated webcam on my Dell 7540 ... it used to work and now Windows can't find it at all - it doesn't appear in Device manager under Camera or Imaging (neither category is listed). I've raised an IT helpdesk ticket about it (this is my work laptop) ... if it gets resolved (and I remember this thread) I'll post back what my issue was in case it helps you.

PS - I don't think there's a Fn key option to toggle the webcam. I've also checked the BIOS and it is enabled in there, so it sounds like it may be a Windows update or driver issue.
