I'm selling my eReader (Nook) and have a memory card with various books that I was thinking of including. Would eBay have any issue with this? Thanks in advance.

Aren't Ebooks specific to an account, so unless they have your account details, they won't be able to access the books?0

Yes, I think that's true for books loaded on the device originally and for purchases made through the Barnes and Noble app. It's the ones that weren't that I'm not sure about.I may have answered my own question as it appears eBay are happy to let people sell electronic copies of books. Here's a business seller flogging Jamie Oliver books for £2.

Ultimately whether you are allowed to sell the books depends on the agreement in place when you purchased them about transferring them to a new owner.
That said unless someone reports your listing and eBay take action you probably can sell them, wose cae they remove it and give you a slip on the wrist.2
