I can explain, of course, I just did not want to go a lot into detail before. The thing is that I bought it under my name, and my relative could not pick it up because the signature was required. Then it ended up being stuck in the delivery company warehouse. Then I called Lenovo and they arranged it on their own with the delivery company to be delivered to their return processing facility or something.jonesMUFCforever said:Please correct me if I am wrong but did the OP in the first and only post state 1. He was going to pick up said laptop? 2 If he did not collect how was he supposed to send it back??

Either post the full story, or do not bother.
People can not help without the correct and full info.
Otherwise coming from a poster that has only joined, it comes across as a school holiday prank.Life in the slow lane2
