Thunderbird back up problems

I am using Import/Export tools to back up my Thunderbird - and it has stopped working

I have uninstalled and reinstalled it - but it is refusing to back up

Thunderbird is version 60.9.1

Anyone else got this problem ?

Could it be related to the fact that I have 14+ years of emails (over 33,000 individual emails) to deal with ?

Just backup the Thunderbird profile folder where all your mail is stored along with all your other Thunderbird settings.

Which add-on are you using, the one that currently works is "ImportExportTools NG" 
(With NG = "New generation" on the end).

Also, that version of TB looks pretty old. I'm running 68.10.0

It won't run 
It just sits there doing nothing!!

You don't need Thunderbird to run.

Just copy the profile folder and all your stuff is in there.
