Does pension pot, lifetime ISA, help to buy ISA count as saving for universal credit

I know someone who has finished education and is looking to claim universal credit.
They have some money in a lifetime ISA, help to buy ISA and pension.
I know your not eligible for universal credit if you have over £16,000 in savings. Do all the above count towards this?

The ISA’s do I believe, minus any early withdrawal fees that would be applicable.

A pension in a proper pension scheme does not.

Agreed. Pension savings in an approved pension scheme are ignored but the ISAs count with an adjustment for the early withdrawal penalty fees.
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.
