Transunion are poor!

I'm getting sick and tired of them. I've opened case after case. They correct the errors, the information goes and then comes back again. I have to open ANOTHER case about the same issue that was removed but now back. Accounts years old and closed still showing as active. They removed this account, its now back. Suddenly im no longer on the electoral role register....ive never not been on it! Theyre months behind with my account balances. The other 2 agencies aren't. I've given up with it now. Do many mortgage lenders use transunion? Because I'd rather avoid. Theyre so inconsistent I don't understand why or how

Have you tried contacting the lender/creditor directly with this closed account? I imagine they are reporting the account to the CRA. They can’t really do much I don’t think if the company keeps reporting it.0

Lenders report the info to the CRA's.
If accounts are being re-added after being removed, it's because the lender is updating them and telling them to add it back on.
Why are you not on the ER? That's one of the key things needed to get credit, a mortgage etc.0 -

trans a nightmare. i feel your pain. i had endless problems with them, same situation as you. They keep messing me around and their emails are rubbish. Its like talking to robots
How i sorted my issue was simple
1 - make a complaint to credit karma via email to the complaint email
2 - call transunion directly and speak to them not credit karma. there is a direct number that goes to them and they are quite helpful0
