UK caravan holiday covid 19 Advice

Hi,
We have a caravan holiday booked for July for 5 days (Mon to Fri).
I booked the holiday in January 2020 and received a discount in their January sales.
Due to covid and the resorts only reopening this weekend gone (4th July), they have confirmed the pool will not be open, there will be no evening entertainment, the onsite bar/restaurant will be shut Tuesdays & Wednesdays and the on site shop will also not be open.
When I queried whether there would be any compensation for facilities we had booked to use in January not being open, even if just a voucher for money off food or drink, I was told there would not be any due to a clause in their terms and conditions (please see below) and because I had already received a discount in my booking in January.
Are they correct to be able to do this?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thankyou
Kelly
Clause:
Very occasionally we may need to close or withdraw certain facilities or activities here on-site for reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to, health and safety reasons, maintenance or renovation work, extreme weather conditions, changes to government legislation. We reserve the right to make alterations based on the above circumstances without prior notice, and we will not be held liable or be subject to any form of compensation should this situation arise

Hi Abchaz, looks like it's a no. The clause covers it so unless the caravan is unavailable to you completely you could request a refund but you are not due any compensation. As you say you got it at a good price so go onsite to the restaurant on the days you can and a bit further afield on the days you can't. Strange times and everyone is having to adapt accordingly. You could ask if they might let you rebook? But I doubt it would be for the same price so you would have to make up the difference. Go and enjoy being in a different place, am sure you will find something to enjoy.1

Thankyou, I thought that would be the case but thought would just check.0
