Should my Payment on Account for the 19/20 tax year appear on my Self Assessment?

I've just filled out my Self Assessment for 19/20, and when I've checked the calculation, it doesn't in any way show the POA I've made for the same tax year.
Is this right? Is there somewhere else I'm meant to enter that detail? Obviously I'd rather not pay it unnecessarily.
I've looked at my tax statement and it shows the payment of account, but it doesn't show the 19/20 tax liability yet?

It takes a few days to update once you have submitted a return or made a payment for these to be reflected on your online account.

You are confusing your Self Assessment tax calculation with your Self Assessment account.
Tax you have paid to HMRC will never appear in your tax calculation as it is not relevant in determining your tax liability for the year.
You need to file your return and then a few days later check your Self Assessment account and this will show the amounts payable for 2019:20 (and 2020:21 if due) and any payments you have made against these amounts.0 -
Read the calculation - it clearly states that the calculation does not include any payments on account already made.1
