Is it unreasonable of me to be angry at my neighbours?

Thank you for all the responses here guys. I think my mum will eventually move, but this was sadly going to be a forever home. Lesson learned on learning more about neighbours before moving.

If its any consolation, most if not all of us will have these issues at some point.  Neighbor problems are steadily on the rise and the laws need to change to reflect it.  .
