I have credit card protection with my Barclaycard.
Unfortunately I work in aviation, with no real prospect of getting work for a while, with so many redundancies and company shut downs there are too many people hunting for a job, I’m one of them.
I have a limited company, the quickest way for me to get work is with through an agency with my ltd company.
Being Director of a one man business I can’t furlough. I don’t take any dividends either.
The Barclaycard PPI people want me to close down the company before they pay my claim, I have a loan out through the company but no great wealth. Like a lot of other directors , we have no income, the get back to business loan I have to pay back.
Should I need to close the company down? It doesn’t benefit anyone. I’ve taken the 3 month payment holiday.
Help!
Thanks
