What's available to me?

Hi all, I'm researching options but thought I'd ask some of those with a head start what they'd recommend in my case. I just got back from abroad and am catching up with UK employment matters.
- My last UK permanent employment is still valid (I'm deemed an employee) but I took a sabbatical/unpaid leave in April 2019. The company is folding but unlike my colleagues I've not been able to take advantage of JRS since it was announced. Expecting redundancy this month.
- I'm also an IT contractor (Ltd) with company income of around £60k during FY18-19 but nothing in FY19-20 and of course struggling to find work in this climate.
- Since October 2019 I was working abroad but have been made redundant as of May 2020
In my case, what if anything is available to me in terms of income support/help? I have never taken anything from the state and have very little clue about options even in ordinary times.
Thanks

Probably very little. As you were working abroad you will not qualify for any of the coronovirus schemes. So will probably only be your basic state benefits but depending on how much redundancy you get that might take you over the threshold of savings.0

This might feel like an employment question, but I think it's actually about benefits. Try contacting https://www.turn2us.org.uk who are excellent in this area.0
