Tourradar Asking Me to Withdraw Paypal Dispute Against Them Within 24 Hrs

After months of stress and back and forth - Paypal denied my cases. My only option now is ombudsman and small claims court I think, but I have no idea if this will actually get them to cough up.Life__Goes__On said:
Will be interesting to see if they can provide any evidence.soxiez said:
They didn't provide any proof, I will request it in my appeal letter though. Thank you, that is certainly next on the hit list if this appeal doesn't get me anywhereLife__Goes__On said:
What proof did Paypal provide in saying you were provided with the service?soxiez said:
Unfortunately I lost my Paypal cases. They cited the reason being that I apparently "did" receive the service that I paid for. I've been given some contact details for executive escalations so am writing a letter to them now compiling all my evidence. Will report back where that gets me.Life__Goes__On said:soxiez said:
I booked it on the 29th of January 2020. I used Paypal because at that time I did not have a credit card.Life__Goes__On said:When did you book the trip? Was there a reason you used Paypal and not a card?
Thanks, makes sense.
Glad you were in the time-frame with Paypal.

from what you said you travelled out but the trip was cancelled after you arrived.
Did Tourradar arrange your flight home?
How long were you actually there for?
Paypal may consider that you received the service as you travelled out, stayed for ?, and travelled home.0 -
Flights weren't arranged by the tour company, I bought those separately. They cancelled the tour a month before it was due to take place, though yes I was abroad when they cancelled it and returned early (I had gone travelling, so was expected to be there for a few months in total). I provided my flight info, receipts etc and explained the timeline to Paypal. I'm not sure that they read it properly to be honest, my appeal got rejected almost immediately, but you can't appeal more than once.sheramber said:from what you said you travelled out but the trip was cancelled after you arrived.
