Ring Pro doorbell not finding network to connect

We've recently switched internet provider, so have been round switching everytihng that needs updating to the new router etc.  Smart TV, iphones, tablets etc.  Managed to do the Ring Floodlight cam and doorbell chime no problem.
Tried to do the Ring Doorbell Pro (by pressing button on the side of the doorbell itself) but nothing.  The light that illuminates on the bell-press doesnt light up or rotate (meaning its in set up mode).  Tried a longer reset, and a hard reset too. Still nothing.  Its the 2nd unit weve had recently, the last one was replaced as the button itself cracked

Any ideas please? Ring customer support is useless/non existent we've found previously - so thought I'd ask on here
