Hi
Not really a techie person, but does this monitor have data storage capacity? Wanting to link up to a works laptop but need to check that the information from my works laptop won’t get saved to the monitor.
This is the monitor https://www.argos.co.uk/product/7817186
hope it makes sense
thanks

As above, it has no storage capacity.1

No monitor has data storage facilities. All they do is display a video signal.

Thanks, this information has really alleviated my anxieties. Is there any display option I need to select so that the info from my laptop is displayed on my monitor? When I set it upgeminigem0

Hi
Got the work laptop set up and working brilliantly. However I have a MacBook Pro air which I want to connect up to the monitor at weekends. MacBook has a thunderbolt port. What’s the cheapest and simplest way to connect the MacBook ? What adapter do I need to buy? Thanks in advance

Does Thunderbolt mean Mini Display Port or does it mean USB-C?
If the former ... https://www.amazon.co.uk/AmazonBasics-Mini-DisplayPort-HDMI-Adapter/dp/B00NH13K8S
If the latter ... https://www.amazon.co.uk/Anker-Adapter-Supports-Macbook-Chromebook/dp/B01MYUCWOK1 -

Bottom picture, far right port. That is a mini displayport. Thunderbolt 1 & 2 use the mini displayport and Thunderbolt 3 uses USB-C ports.
