Careworker - still no PPE

My sister works as a careworker for a private company - she works in specific private homes - on minimum wage

She has still not been offered any PPE - She has made her own mask

She needs the job - so doesn't want to complain

What would you do ?

Then she should be tested regularly. As more likely to pass it on than catch it from within a private home.
