Does the min income floor not apply anymore since the crisis?

No, they don't apply at the moment. I'm not sure how long this will apply for. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-covid-19-what-to-do-if-youre-already-getting-benefits

So many big changes at the moment it’s hard to keep up0 -

So if there is no min income floor then there is no point anybody being a jobseeker at the moment
well I suppose you couldn’t be a jobseeker anyway
but somebody officially self employed not working or earning anything is the same as somebody out of work0 -
