Ineligible for Furlough and Universal Credit, help?

I started a zero hour contract after being unemployed for 2 months, I then started a 16 hour contract at another job on 9/3/20. My zero hour contract has been able to furlough me at £100 a month, but my new job cannot. Due to my living partner’s wage I am also ineligible for Universal Credit. I went to apply for JSA but am not sure how to go about it as I am still employed, it’s just my 16 hour is unable to furlough me. Is there anything I can claim for? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
