I went on an extended holiday at my place of work, I was the moved from a full time position to casual worker without me knowing. I left on 25th February, I have been told I am only eligible for furlough on a casual contract basis. I have asked to be moved to my full time position but have been told this is imposible, what can I do?

Are you on extended holiday now? when were you planning on returning to work?1

I returned back a day before England went on lockdown, I said to my manager about coming back to work and he said yes. It was only until furlough was mentioned that they told me they moved me to a casual worker and I would be paid on a casual worker basis from 19/20 depending on my monthly wages, I was never a casual worker in this period so how will this work out?sharpe106 said:Are you on extended holiday now? when were you planning on returning to work?0 -
No single party can unilaterally change the terms of an agreed contract.esv said:I went on an extended holiday at my place of work, I was the moved from a full time position to casual worker without me knowing.
