hi all
anyone else struggling with Malaysian Airlines? I had flights booked for this month to fly to Kuala Lumpur- booked on my AmEx card in January. Malaysian Airlines are adamantly insisting they won't refund and will only give me a voucher- which I don't want. I've now contacted AmEx who are doing a chargeback for me. Has anyone else had success getting money back from Malaysian? thanks

I eventually got a full cash refund from them for a LHR - KL - Bali return flight. It took MULTIPLE phone calls and insisting on speaking to a supervisor to get the refund. I basically quoted the UK travel advisory at them and they finally gave way and agreed.0
