Android music consolidation App?

Ive had a search on here, including the current thread regarding Android music but it doesnt quite fit my needs.

So i currently have music downloaded on Amazon Music and Play Music, they are physically downloaded so they exsist somewhere on my phone.

However none of these tracks appear on the Android Music app, I have a huawei P30 Pro if that makes any odds.

What im after is suggestions for an app which will bring all this music together rather than have it scattered across 3 apps, ideally putting it all in the Music app as i can then download the music from here to my smart watch as it doesnt seem to see google music etc

If they are in different folders then usually in the music apps settings you locate them .

Alternative is to find the files and put all in one folder .

thanks for your input alas the format which amazon use isnt recognised by my music app as they aren't mp3's
