Future Cruise Credit

We were due to go on a River Cruise with Scenic on 27/5/20 but had an email on 9/4/20 stating operations were suspended and that we would be offered a Future Cruise Credit. We replied stating that we wished for a refund as the cruise was for a special anniversary and, as such, will not be appropriate when us over 70’s can travel again. However, they refuse. Where can we go from here?

  • You were lucky you had a response.  They emailed cancelling our trip and gave us an option of a refund which I completed the form for.  Have heard nothing and cannot get through to them on the phone. Cannot claim on my insurance as they say company has offered refund.
