On Screen Keyboard, (OSK).

I have a Lenova TAB 2 A8-50F tablet, a couple of weeks ago I lost the OSK and only have voice recognition which is not very practical especially on WhatsApp etc.
I have gone into Settings where I think I should be able to recover it, but when clicking on Language & Input, (which is where I think it is), I get "Unfortunately, Settings has stopped", everything else in Settings works, just that one says it is not working.
Any ideas how I get my OSK back?

Hence why I am thinking it is under "Language & Input", as that is the only one that won't open..

Are you able to connect a physical keyboard to try and work around the Settings issue? (I think that's the root of your issue ... if you can't get into there then that needs to be fixed first).0

It came with Android 5.0 (Lollipop) out of the box. Chrome is merely the browser.1
