Defering Next Payments Problem (anyone else have this sorted?)

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could offer some advice.
I have been trying to use the online application to defer my payments to my Next card, but at the very end it says to leave comments.
I have typed up, and it keeps saying a minimum of 6?
Has anyone else had this issue?
If you did and managed to solve it could you please help.
Obviously I have tried, 6 sentences etc, to no avail.
Cheers in advance.

Is it the "contact us" form here that you're trying to use? https://self-serve.next.co.uk/contact?
From a very quick test, it seems to work okay for me, but what options are you selecting? It might be worth you trying the form in a different browser.
Alternatively, you could try sending an email without using the web-based form - the appropriate email address seems to be info@next.co.uk1 -
Illusionary...
I tried in a different browser and it solved the issue!
Great thanks to you.0 -
Excellent! I hope that all goes well with your application.1
