What happens to redundancy pay received, if you are re-hired by a former employer?

Unless they actually want the employee back what benefit? They have to do extra paperwork, pay out in hope of getting it back and potentially end with a member of staff they do not want at the end. Whilst struggling and trying to survive themselves. Yes some big companies can do it fairly easily but most small companies will struggle.sliphi said:

If you were so scared to venture into the unknown, you probably wouldn't have a successful business to hire anyone anyway.
