graded adapted exercises. I’ve only done a bit of the first week and really felt it. Slow but deadly.
Being furloughed (restaurant industry) I have lacked the motivation to get any exercise at home started. I do walk regularly but found I needed something more and this morning I found just the thing! On You Tube, I have dabbled in Adriennes Yoga sessions on and off especially when suffering with back pain, so she was my first search on there and I found a 30 day Yoga Journey which she began on Jan 1st this year.
So pleased I motivated myself to do Day 1 this morning and fully intend to complete the 30 days. Not like Im doing anything else. Would highly recommend!
