Help needed re small claim against company now in liquidation

Hi,
I had a driveway installed a few years ago which came with a 5 year warranty that expired mid-2019. Problems developed with the driveway in early 2019 which were reported to the company and they agreed to come out but failed to do so. To cut a long story short I ended up issuing a claim online and received Judgment this year ordering the Company to pay me the damages I had claimed. Unfortunately a week before Judgment was entered the company went into Voluntary Liquidation (this does not invalidate the Judgment). I have contacted the insurers but they have said their policy only kicked in if the company ceased trading during the term of the policy, and in any event will not cover anything reported to the company more than 3 months before the company ceased trading. I have checked the policy and it seems to confirm what they have said. I have therefore asked the Liquidators if the company had any other insurance policies covering the 5 year period when the company was active that could apply, but failing that, is there anything else I can do?
Many thanks in advance for any help!

How did you pay originally? (I imagine it cost more than £100).0

I really can’t remember. If it was via credit card it was with a card I would have closed by down, but it may have been via BACS transfer.0

Sorry I don't understand?

"on to plums" = Glaswegian (or possibly not quite that regional) for "you're getting nothing".

I would find out. Even if it was on a closed card there are still options on it.tdbradley said:I really can’t remember. If it was via credit card it was with a card I would have closed by down, but it may have been via BACS transfer.
