£2K+ Credit Balance - Best way to transfer

Had a couple of holiday related items cancelled in the last week which has meant refunds of over £2000 landing back on my Barclaycard. I'd prefer to have it back in my current account as I don't envisage spending on any big ticket items in the foreseeable future. No use trying their call centre at the moment as they're snowed under. I did try sending a secure message from my online account but have had no response.
I notice that they are offering 0% interest money transfers to a current account up until September 2020 but that entails a fee of 2.4% on the amount transferred. Not sure how that would work anyway if you were transferring a credit balance rather than going in debit on your card account.
I have a Barclays current account but I'm not sure if they can do anything from their end to "claw back" the money
Any ideas or is it a wait and see exercise.

Just ask them to send you the balance to your bank account.
Don't pay fees to get your own money back.0
