Norwegian airlines have only cancelled one leg of the journey?!

Hi all
Apologies if this has been discussed before, I am new to the forum!
My partner and I booked our holiday through Love Holidays. We were due to fly to Orlando on the 24 April and come back on the 1 May. Our original flights were with Thomas Cook and once they went into administration we were placed on Norwegian flights.
Received an email this afternoon to say our outbound flight only had been cancelled but the return is still scheduled to go ahead. We would rather just get a refund and rebook with another air line as had nothing but trouble with Norwegian so far, however they are only offering cash points for the return flight in lieu of a refund.
We don't want the cash points so are trying to hold out,also concerned that was we've booked through a third party it will complicate things even further. Trying to get hold of Love Holidays and Norwegian is virtually impossible!
Anyone else having a similar issue?

Update-
I have since managed to get though to Norwegian and they have confirmed they will refund the full amount to my credit card. NOT Norwegian cash points!0
