Best on-line meeting platforms

I am looking to bring people together from a Facebook Personal Development page on an online video platform for feedback and mutual support on a regular basis. I envision it will be a group of 6-10 across the world. I have used Skype in the past when I have been involved in similar ventures, but find it can be extremely unstable when you have these sorts of numbers. I would be very grateful if anyone can recommend a free or inexpensive alternative as I am not doing it commercially. Thanks very much.
