If she completed on the house Surely she should have moved already?
It's unusual to complete on a property without the chain all lining up.0 -
Do you mean she exchanged? An answer isn't spam just because you don't like it......0

Even assuming you mean she exchanged, rather than completed, she must surely have had something lined up already given that her upward chain fell through prior to exchange...?
I'm getting a faint whiff off this one, I have to admit.2 -
Yes, my terminology is incorrect. Sorry. Exchanged is what I meant. Xdiggingdude said:Do you mean she exchanged?0 -
She should be talking to her solicitor or conveyancer0

So why bother commenting if only to be ridiculous? My sister has been in hospital for 2 1/2 weeks now. Prior to this she was house hunting for a rental after the house due to buy fell through. How on earth does this post sound fake??AdrianC said:Even assuming you mean she exchanged, rather than completed, she must surely have had something lined up already given that her upward chain fell through prior to exchange...?

My sister is ..... at ....... It is not 7 days isolation. It is 12 weeks. Clearly stated in government website, on the news, World Health Organisation and most certainly within the health industry.Densol said:if you have symptoms or tested positive - its 7 days isolation

You may also wish to advise her to speak to her solicitor, as this is going to be the most important step.💙💛 💔0 -
Thank you for the advice regarding solicitor. We will ensure this as the next step.0
