What evidence can you produce? You've given a lot of very vague answers in a very short space of time without much reasoning and this looks like a copied and pasted list to be quite honest.
I would appreciate advice on the health benefits of a sugar free diet
Its a complex issue...and the majority of people get it wrong. Carbohydrates are technically sugars. And Carbohydrates are vital to life.
So.....what is Sugar? It comes in many different forms such as sucrose and fructose. Some people are telling us....."Sugar in fruit is still sugar".......Hmmm.....yes it is, but it isnt bad for us. There is sugar in pizza.... There is sugar in carrots.... There is sugar in corn..... There is sugar in gummy bears..... There is sugar in milk....... A loaf of bread is full of Sugar. So when we hear the word 'Sugar', we often just lump it altogether and treat it all the same.
So a 'sugar' free diet is impossible....unless you want to die.
Society needs to go back to using the term 'Sugar' as meaning The White Stuff........the refined, sweet sprinkle stuff we add to cakes and cups of tea.
In terms of refined Sugar.....the white stuff......you wont come to any harm cutting it out of your diet. For most people, however, they wont come to any harm having it in their diet providing its in moderation....small amounts. The problems arise from eating too much...being greedy......however....much of the problem comes from what the sugar is used WITH. Cakes, for example, use flour....which is the real culprit. Refined sugar is added to many items.....bread, sauces, packaged meals, some tinned foods etc....so we can eat too much without realising it. Some of it we can swap....with honey, or maple syrup.....better for us....but still sugar.
I firmly believe (as a dietitian) that having sugar is far more preferable than sweeteners.....I will not buy or eat 'Sugar free' anything. If I MUST have some fizzy pop (once in a blue moon) I always drink the full sugar version.....I never ever eat anything 'Low Sugar' or 'Sugar Free'
And not eating fruit because..... "it contains too much sugar"....is an outrageous concept.
Generally speaking, The White Stuff isnt something we need in our bodies.....best to avoid excess by not being greedy.....but swapping it for sweeteners is no better. However dont lump other 'sugars' into the same category........they are not the same.
What is it you are wanting to achieve? Figuring that out will help find the right path and the right diet for you.
Carbohydrates aren't essential for life. Any vitamins and minerals can be found in non-starchy veg, dairy and meat, poultry and game. Humans have only been farming for 10 000 years.
I don't eat sugar or sweeteners of any kind. No fizzy drinks other than unflavoured sparkling water and dry champagne for celebrations. No squashes, no bread, pasta and rice. No cakes, biscuits, chocolate bars. No crispbreads or diet bars. No meal replacements.
I eat organic or wild meat, poultry, fish, game, seafood. Vegetables excluding potatoes and parsnips. We use low carb flours and make our own dressings for salads. I don't buy products with added sugar and eat low carb fruit eg strawberries. Lots of cheese, but only lactose-free milk.

All carbs turn to glucose in the body.
